Delegates Skaff and Williams move to amend “SB268 HFIN AM” on page 46, Section 13, line 15 following the words “of this code” by inserting the following:

“or if the spouse’s employers plan is designed to pay less than seventy percent of the total cost of medical services for a standard population.”
